At Soleviae, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. We ship across the European Union and to selected international destinations. Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing: Orders placed after 10:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day from the time you receive your order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Germany: 1–2 business days
    • European Union: 2–5 business days
    • International (outside EU): 5–14 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number. You can track your package directly at dhl.com or via the DHL app.

Free Shipping

Soleviae offers free DHL tracked shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required. This applies to all one-time purchases and all subscription orders to eligible destinations.


Delays and Cancellations

If your order is delayed by more than 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, you may cancel your order by contacting us in writing at support@soleviae.store. In such cases, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, the product must be returned to us in its original condition before the refund is processed.


Customs and Import Duties

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional documentation required for delivery. These charges vary by country — please consult your local customs authority for guidance before placing your order.


Delivery Attempts

Our DHL courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your order may be held at a local DHL service point for collection or returned to us. If the order is returned, redelivery charges may apply.


Order Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, contact us at support@soleviae.store within 48 hours of receipt. Prompt reporting ensures the fastest possible resolution and full eligibility for our returns and refund process.
